  • All our products are proudly crafted in the United States and processed and shipped from Monday to Saturday.
  • Some items may be dispatched separately.

Production Times:

  • Standard Apparel: Typically ships within 3-5 business days.
  • Embroidery, Sublimation, and Custom Hand-Made Products: May require approximately 5-10 business days.

Shipping Times:

  • United States:
    • Standard: 6 – 12 Business Days
    • Fast: 4 – 8 Business Days
  • International:
    • Standard: 14 – 20 Business Days
    • Fast: 7 – 15 Business Days

Tracking Your Order:

Whenever available, a tracking number will be provided via email confirmation, allowing you to track your package online.

Shipping Multiple Orders:

Please note that orders placed on the same day cannot be combined for shipping.

Shipping to Multiple Locations:

Unfortunately, we cannot split an order for shipment to multiple addresses. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place separate orders for each shipping address.

Address Changes:

Once an order has been processed, address changes cannot be made after a 4-hour window. If you need to update the delivery address, please contact us immediately at contact.vanirtee@gmail.com within this 4-hour period.

Customs Charges and Delays:

Certain countries may impose import taxes, duties, and customs fees on incoming shipments. These charges, if applicable, are determined by your country’s Customs office, and it is your responsibility to manage them.
